K. Ramkrishnan is the founder of the firm and has been in the profession since 1980. He has in depth knowledge and proficiency in the field of audit, taxation and management consultancy including company law matters and LLP matters. He also has strong proficiency in the fields of direct tax, indirect taxes & statutory audit. He takes care of taxation, consulting and representation matters of the clients. He has worked to create a high-performance environment with a highly visible leadership commitment to quality in all verticals. He is also an Associate member of the Institute of a Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

K MURALI

K.Murali is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been with the firm for more than two decades. He is the Engagement Quality Control Partner of the firm. He is involved in client management, business development, and final review of deliverables. He is also a Graduate Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI).

S BASKAR SHRINIVAS

S.Baskar Shrinivas is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been associated with the firm for more than two decades. He is qualified in DISA of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He specializes in direct taxes, statutory audits, bank audits, internal audits, information systems audits, sales tax, service tax and IFRS compliances.
